Some quick notes for you about the level of repairs needed:
- This property was home to a hoarder, there is a lot of stuff at the property that will need to be hauled away.
- A water pipe in the second floor bathroom broke a year ago. Water and power were shut off, but it was never repaired. There is water damage due to this leak on the second floor and in the first floor kitchen which resides under the bathroom.
- This one is going to need a good amount of work and updating, possibly down to the studs in some cases.
- The exterior is in good shape, needs some landscaping, clean up, and a good pressure washing.
- The property has a nice off street paved driveway for parking, just minutes from downtown and the waterfront.
Requirements:
- Cash/private money buyers only… must have the liquid cash available
- Can close in 7 days or less.
- No financing and must show proof of funds before the contract will be assigned.
- We require $3,000 non-refundable earnest money up front and to show us that you are serious.
